8 STEP CARPET CLEAN

1. Pre-inspection

Our technician will assess the carpet to determine the best cleaning method. We will always point out any potential permanent stains or areas of concerns.

2. Intensive Dry Vacuuming

Our industrial vacuuming turbo rotary brush breaks down loose soiling, sand and hair within the carpet.

3. Pre-spray treatment

We apply your choice of pre-spray shampoos to treat and clean your carpet. This will break down soiling, stains and odours within the carpet so we can clean and sanitise carpet to the optimum level.

4. Agitation

Agitated soiled areas using a brush to help to break down stained areas for a better clean.

5. Cleaning and Rinsing Extraction

This process restores carpet with state of the art equipment that provides a continuous flushing system of fresh hot water to clean and rinse at up to 100 degrees Celsius. Extraction in then used to remove all broken-down soiling to ensure maximum clean fresh healthier carpet. The rinse will remove all the residue left on the carpet.

6. Dry Extraction

We thoroughly go over your carpet a second time and extract any left-over moisture holding onto the carpet fibre, leaving your carpets dry within 4 hours.

7. Carpet Pile Resetting

Resetting the carpet pile and assessing for report.

8. Fibre Protection

Protect your investment by having fibre protectors applied to your carpet, upholstery, rug and mattresses. Fibre protectors provide a protective barrier to your fabrics.

8 STEP TILE CLEAN

1. Pre-inspection

The tiled floor area in your home can be quite vast and in turn a heavy asset to your space. Allow our technicians to adequately assess the condition and tile type before performing any cleaning. This will ensure the most accurate and efficient method and chemicals are used. Our technicians will make a note of all challenging areas and assess your expectations as well as come up with a solution for each area.

2. Area Preparation

Furniture can be shifted to suit your needs but is not necessary. Easy items only.

3. Dry Soil Removal

Our technicians thoroughly sweep and vacuum the entire area.

4. Soil Suspension

Specialised cleaning agents are applied to the area to target deep soiling and lift grime. We use the highest quality products and state of the art machine. Different chemicals are used depending on tile floors and sealant types.

5. Cleaning

Complex and difficult areas are agitated manually with a brush and for challenging heavy use areas. A mechanical rotating brush is employed. The entire floor is then cleaned using a state of the art self-contained pressure cleaning system. This process allows prominent level of heat and suction, enhancing results. No mess or splatter will affect other areas. Ultimate care and time is taken throughout this process.

6. Rinsing

A rinse solution is used to balance the pH of your floor.

7. Drying Fans

Centrifugal air movers are deployed to dry all areas to ensure a dry finish.

8. Tile Floor Sealer

Protect your tile floors with a quality sealant.
